Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs end users’ (‘You/Your/User’) access to and use of Littlei Media (which term shall be deemed to include the internet and mobile website www.jazzfest.in and the services offered thereunder. Jazzfest.in is owned and controlled by Littlei Media, having its registered office at 26 Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Kolkata – 17. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Littlei/Us/Our/We’).

By using this website, you automatically accept the refund policy.

Tickets:

  • Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded. Ensure to check the time and location before booking.
  • Read the terms and conditions for each event regarding exchange, refund, and cancellation.

Payment Issues:

  • If a customer’s payment is not reflected at our end due to some issue, the customer is eligible for a refund, processed within 14 days.
